Professional Glue for caoutchouc straps

Exclusive to Flume: A quick-drying special adhesive for bonding cords, tapes and tires made of rubber, soft PVC, nylon 6.6 or leather in metal closures (capsules, sleeves).

The "capsule adhesive" or "closing" adhesive is perfect for bonding rubber or PVC tires in metal capsules. When bonding fashion jewelry ribbons or strips made of rubber or soft PVC in metal closures, the adhesive is characterized by optimum strength values.

Put a drop of glue on the end of the tape, insert it into the sleeve and turn it so that the glue spreads well and fix for 1-2 minutes. Do not apply adhesive too thick (curing will otherwise be delayed considerably and will not achieve optimum strength). Reliably resilient after 30 minutes, fully loadable after three to six hours.

Textile tapes can also be glued. The ends must first be immersed in zapon varnish (order number 326111) at least twice to reduce their absorbency. Allow the zapon varnish to dry before gluing.

The adhesive is a medium-viscosity, colorless, cold-curing, one-component cyanoacrylate adhesive for the highest demands.

In addition to the special importance in the bonding of capsules, e.g. On rubber straps, the adhesive is also used in model making and in many industrial sectors (eg electronics, watches, measurement technology). In the home and hobby sector, the capsule adhesive is used inter alia as a repair adhesive for toys, jewelry, cameras, shoes, handbags, for securing screws, for bonding rubber seals, in the automotive interior, etc.

Especially suitable for:
- almost all commercially available thermoplastic and thermosetting plastics (not PE and PP)
- Natural and synthetic rubber, rubber, sponge rubber
- Iron, steel, non-ferrous and light metals and their alloys, ceramics, stone, porcelain and much more.

Not suitable for parts that are constantly exposed to water. Only conditionally suitable for absorbent or porous materials.
