The hygienic dry lubrication / solid lubrication

Consistent and permanent lubrication and sliding activity without oil or grease. Therefore, neither dirt nor dust adhere to the treated surface. There is also no disruptive lubricant sludge. Hygienic, clean and environmentally friendly.

The PTFE particles in the submicron range adhere to even supposedly very smooth surfaces and give the material effective sliding activity. Tried and tested successfully for all sliding layers as well as for drastically reducing static and rolling friction.

Typical applications: To drastically reduce static, sliding and rolling friction in rollers and bearings, slideways and guide rails, cables and telescopic guides, gears and toothed wheels, plastics of all kinds.
